Founder & Director
Michael is an Emmy award-winning and Ivor Novello-nominated composer, producer and songwriter with many film, television and pop music credits to his name. His music scores include Richard Loncraine’s Finding Your Feet and Richard Linklater’s Me and Orson Welles. In 2018 he scored the Peabody Award-winning BBC/PBS documentary, The Jazz Ambassadors. Other work in television includes Dark Angel, Alien Deep, Young Dracula, Einstein’s Big Idea and Battle of the Hood and Bismarck.
In the music industry, he has collaborated with many iconic acts including Ian Dury, Soul II Soul, Steve Winwood/Traffic, Scritti Politti, Curiosity Killed the Cat, John Reid (Nightcrawlers), Paul Oakenfold, Bee Gees, Melissa Etheridge. As a solo artist Michael has released a number of solo jazz albums, and from time to time performs with his 10-piece big band, the Jazz Sapiens.
The eclectic Rezzonator catalogue has grown out of Michael’s creative connections with musical legends across all genres.

Meet Jan, our resident metadata whizz and producer-in-the-making. If there’s a spreadsheet to tame or a track to polish, Jan’s already three steps ahead.
A proud Emerging Artist alumnus of Pie Factory, Jan has gone from honing their own craft to lifting others up, now guiding young musicians at the Ramsgate Youth Centre through the world of recording and production (with equal parts patience and wizardry).
When not juggling label admin like a pro, Jan teams up with Mike to breathe fresh energy into older tracks — adding sparkle, punch, and the occasional “Why didn’t we do this sooner?” moment.
Equal parts organised and imaginative, Jan is the glue between creativity and structure, proving that great music isn’t just made in the studio, it’s also built behind the scenes.
